Sometimes you get good service and nice things do happen...

Orange Phones

After having my phone stolen from Liberties Bar in Camden on a Wednesday evening I called Orange to have the calls blocked. 

They were absolutely great. Cancelled my phone, offered to transfer all incoming calls to my number onto my partners phone (which they did immediately) and arranged for a replacement SIM card and phone to be delivered.

The phone turned up at 8:00 am on Friday morning. 

All the staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. Sometimes you do get good service.

I sent a fax to my MP (using FaxYourMP.com) complaining about the government forcing through PPP on the tube. (see PPP page)

I received a letter supporting my views, a summary of the government's view (that he said was not his view) and a copy of a letter from Bob Kiley giving the view of Transport for London.

Good service from an MP! What ever next?
