I hate Dell
Home Up

Dell arranged for a courier to collect my PC from the warehouse and deliver it to me that evening.

The delay meant that I missed my Friday evening out. I was angry and very frustrated.

I could not believe that Dell treat their customers with such total disrespect.

Eventually the PC was delivered but the courier had not been told to take the old PC away. That still sat in the middle of my very small hallway - I had to climb over it to get to the bathroom.

On the following Monday morning I received a call from a customer care manager from Dell who apologised for the service I had received.

By then I didn't care what Dell said. Their actions spoke louder than their words.

They arranged to collect the old PC later in the week.

A bunch of flowers and a box of chocolates turned by way of apology up but no courier.

On Friday morning (27th July) I called Dell and said that my family were visiting that day, that I had put the old PC outside my flat and that I was no longer responsible for it.

This resulted in the first speedy response I witnessed. They had collected in with 30 minutes.
